Berry Moorman P.C. attorney presented a seminar on limiting risk in the real estate profession while facilitating positive business outcomes.
The industry-specific course, titled “Personal Safety for Real Estate Professionals” was designed to bring awareness to personal safety and positive business outcomes in the real estate profession, and concentrated on various strategies of limiting risk to preserve safety and the facilitation of a positive business outcome.
The “Personal Safety for Real Estate Professionals” course covered topics that include risk considerations, tools and strategies for listing and showing properties and suggested safety protocols and strategies for protecting business and client data. The course also provided an overview of legal issues associated with carrying self defense items.
