Mr. McHugh’s practice focuses on Business and Corporate Law, and Civil Litigation.
Prior to joining Berry Moorman, P.C., Mr. McHugh worked as staff counsel at an established insurance defense firm where he honed his litigation skills. Mr. McHugh has handled numerous jury trials in various jurisdictions involving complex disputes.
Mr. McHugh graduated law school from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and undergraduate from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
