The IICLE Immigration Handbook provides assistance for attorneys dealing with immigration issues and covers various topics, offers guidance and provides resources for attorneys regularly practicing in the area of law.
Chapter 9 of the Handbook addresses, among other topics, the O and P Visa Categories “Aliens with Exceptional or Extraordinary Ability”, and Chapter 12 of the Handbook, which covers topics on the “Residence Under the Diversity Immigration Visa Program.”
