Berry Moorman P.C. attorney, John J. Schrot, Jr., the former President of the Birmingham Rotary Club,  was recently awarded The Spirit of Rotary Award.  The Spirit of Rotary Award was established to recognize Rotarians who through sustained, outstanding and unusual dedication to the ideals of “Service Above Self” have contributed in a significant way to the established work of Rotary, while demonstrating leadership.

The Rotary Club, founded in Chicago over 100 years ago, with over 1.2 million members globally, aims to connect professionals with service opportunities to take on numerous community development projects, from working to eradicate polio, to funding new wells in Uganda.

Outside of his role as President of the Birmingham Rotary Club, John Schrot is a shareholder with the Law Firm of Berry Moorman P.C. with a legal career that spans over 40 years and predominantly focuses on family law, arbitration, and other intricate personal and contractual relationships.

Having repeatedly received the prestigious Top 10 Attorney Award from both the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA) and American Institute of Family Law Attorneys (AIOFLA), Mr. Schrot is one of the top family law attorneys in Michigan.
