Andrea M. Pike concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, municipal law, labor and employment law, business and corporate law, intellectual property, real estate law, and estate and trust litigation. Mrs. Pike represents and counsels clients with respect to litigation, corporate, and municipal matters. She represents municipalities in all types of litigation defense, including constitutional violations, employment disputes, and third-party automobile negligence claims. Mrs. Pike also represents individuals and business owners to resolve civil, commercial, and probate disputes through litigation or negotiation. Prior to joining Berry Moorman, P.C. in August 2014, Mrs. Pike was in-house corporate counsel for a group of medical practices where she handled all corporate transactions, focusing in business and employment law. Then Mrs. Pike worked for a business law firm in Saginaw County for two years focusing her practice areas on litigation, business, and real estate. She counseled business owners in areas of website protection, trademarks, buying and selling businesses and real estate, business planning, and enforcing contracts.
Mrs. Pike graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010 with a concentration in litigation. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University in 2006. Mrs. Pike’s professional memberships include the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She is a member of the Litigation, Young Lawyers, Labor & Employment Law, and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
Mrs. Pike is a member of the Detroit Regional Chamber and Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber. Mrs. Pike completed the Leadership Saginaw County program, a personal and community leadership development program designed to create awareness of and stimulate interest in community issues.
