New Minimum Hourly Wage for Michigan
Effective January 1, 2018, the state minimum wage will increase from $8.90 to $9.25. This is the last scheduled increase of 25% provided in the Workforce Opportunity Wage Act of 2014.
From January 2019 forward, the minimum wage will be adjusted by the state treasurer.
