Three additional Berry Moorman attorneys were recognized in Michigan Super Lawyers 2008 as outstanding attorneys in their practice areas and two attorneys were recognized as Rising Stars for 2008. Dennis M. Mitzel and Harvey B. Wallace II were recognized for their expertise in the category of estate planning and probate, and Donald F. Carney, Jr. was the only attorney recognized for his excellence in trust and estate litigation. Randolph T. Barker was named a “Rising Star” for his work in employment defense litigation as well as Kristin Lusn as the only rising star named for workers’ compensation law.
