Litigation Associate
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of litigation experience. This position requires a collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a proven ability to handle all aspects of litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop defense strategies for clients in commercial and municipal defense litigation.
- Analyze all claims and defenses in litigation cases.
- Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and partners to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss, discovery motions, summary disposition/judgment motions.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Participate in pre-trial and trial preparation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring transparency and timely updates on case progress.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation and municipal defense.
- Strong track record in drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and depositions.
- Some trial experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Book of business is a plus.

Law Clerk
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including business law, litigation, estate planning, labor and employment, and real estate. The ideal candidate will be a current law student or recent graduate with excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents

Assist with trial preparation and discovery tasks

Review, summarize, and analyze documents and records

Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings (as available)

Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and legal issues

Perform other tasks as assigned to support attorneys and staff
Preferred Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent graduate (1L, 2L, 3L welcome)
- Strong academic credentials and legal writing ability

Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)

Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
