Berry Moorman Sponsors “Ask the Panel” Luncheon at the American Society of Employers September
For a third year, the firm’s labor and employment group was the “Ask the Panel” luncheon sponsor in the ASE’s annual “Employment Law Workshop” at Schoolcraft College, and Sheryl Laughren moderated the panel discussion. Sheryl and Randy Barker led one of the break-out sessions providing valuable information focused on the laws that cover whistleblowers, who is considered whistleblower/not a whistleblower, and what the appropriate employer response should be when an alleged whistleblower complaint is brought to their attention.
Berry Moorman’s labor and employment group exclusively represents management in day to day human resources and labor relations functions, response to union organizing efforts, preventive measures against discrimination and other claims, and defense of litigation matters.
