Berry Moorman P.C., a distinguished Michigan-based law firm nearing its centennial milestone in 2026, is proud to announce the expansion of its legal team with the addition of two associate attorneys, Asma Al-Khshali and Nathan Lichtman, as well as law clerk Christopher Mouaikel. The new team members reinforce the firm’s dedication to excellence, strategic growth, and client-focused legal service across multiple practice areas.

Asma Al-Khshali brings a comprehensive background in business and corporate law, labor and employment matters, and municipal law. She previously served as a research attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals, where she honed her legal research and analytical skills. Asma earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan. She is fluent in Arabic and active in the Detroit Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, and State Bar of Michigan.

Nathan Lichtman joins the firm with more than a decade of experience in estate planning, probate, tax law, and corporate and real estate transactions. His previous roles include positions at Wright Beamer, PLC and Silver Tax Group, where he managed complex federal tax defense and title matters. Nathan is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and is licensed to practice in Michigan, the U.S. Tax Court, and multiple federal district courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, and the Greater Farmington Area Chamber of Commerce.

Christopher Mouaikel, currently pursuing his J.D. at Drake University Law School, joins as a law clerk. His legal experience includes internships with the Iowa House of Representatives and Roberts Perryman Attorneys and Counselors. Christopher brings a strong foundation in legal research, motion drafting, and case analysis, with academic interests in corporate law, negotiation, and transnational litigation. He actively participates in moot court and legal societies at Drake.
