BIOGRAPHY

Asma Q. Al-Khshali focuses her practice on business and corporate law, labor and employment matters, and municipal law.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Al-Khshali served as a research attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals. In that role, she managed civil and criminal case files, conducted in-depth legal research, analyzed complex legal questions, and prepared detailed reports and proposed opinions for the judges of the Court. This experience strengthened her research, writing, and analytical skills, which she draws on daily in her litigation practice.

Ms. Al-Khshali handles all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, court hearings, and settlement discussions. Her approach is practical, thorough, and focused on resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.

She is fluent in Arabic and earned her law degree from Wayne State University Law School, after completing her undergraduate studies in English Literature, with a minor in Arabic and Sociology at the University of Michigan.

Ms. Al-Khshali is an active member of the Detroit Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan. Her experience, background, and solution-oriented approach enable her to navigate complex legal issues and provide clear, effective counsel.
