Louise Labadie recently presented at the National Business Institute’s seminar “Trust Administration: Overcoming Challenges Before and After the Grantor’s Death.” The seminar, held in Southfield, Michigan on April 27, 2010, provided attendees with practical and legal advice on the administration of trusts before and after the grantor’s death. Ms. Labadie wrote the materials and presented on the topic “Master the Details of Tax Procedure” and also presented on the topic of ethical considerations.
