Biography

Tim Harden is a tax attorney who concentrates his practice in the following areas: tax planning and tax problem resolution, tax return preparation, and estate planning. He also represents many realtors, financial planners, and other business owners with tax and legal planning in the areas of real estate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

For over 12 years, Mr. Harden has practiced law in the Detroit Metro Area, including at his own solo practice. In addition, Mr. Harden has served as outside general counsel for businesses in a variety of industries. He has been a speaker at various seminars related to taxation and is always interested in discussing additional speaking engagements.

Mr. Harden attended the University of Michigan for both his undergraduate degree and law school, graduating with a BA in History and a JD, respectively. Afterwards, he earned an LL.M. (Masters of Laws) in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School. He also earned a Certificate in Probate and Estate Planning from the Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Harden’s professional memberships include the Livonia Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tax, Probate and Estate Planning, and Business Sections of the State Bar.
